To proceed with accepting your apartment please provide 100points of ID (full list of eligible documents below) along with your $500 bond deposit payment, the balance of which is due at contract signing.

ID and income verification needs to be provided for all residents by completing a separate form.

The documents you give add up to at least 100 points.
You must include at least one for of ID from the “Primary proof of identity” list and shows your photograph and signature.
The rest of your documents can come from either the “Primary” or “Secondary” proof of identity list.
You can only use a document once.
Your name is the same on all of the documents you give us. If your name is different, you must give us a change of name certificate
Your documents are current. We do not accept expired documents except an Australian Passport that has expired in the last 3 years.
