Part of these services is our bulk-buying initiatives where we will be partnering with companies to leverage economies of scales within our buildings, in order to offer products and services at a reduced rate to residents. Our goal is to ultimately reduce our residents’ cost of living, so that living in an Assemble apartment is more cost-effective than living elsewhere.
