4 Ballarat St, Brunswick launched this weekend, with the first release fully committed within 48 hours!

Future residents arrived early on Saturday morning to sign on for the first release of studio, one, two and three-bedroom floorplans available in the 171-apartment project.

Designed by Fieldwork architects and landscaping by Rush Wright, the existing factory site will be transformed into a highly sought-after inner-north community. The ground floor features a multi-purpose workshop and lending library to share household items with others, plus a rooftop communal room that provides a flexible, bookable studio space to host activities such as parties, yoga and community events.
