We’re looking for a Neighbourhood Experience Lead, who is passionate about customer service. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high service hospitality or retail environment, ensuring the smooth delivery of the resident experience, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, for anyone that visits our properties.
Reporting to the Neighbourhood Operations Manager, they will oversee the daily operational requirements of the property, supervise every shift and provide on-the-job training and support for all service staff to ensure exceptional levels of service are delivered for residents and customers.
Continued training will be provided to the Neighbourhood Experience Lead to support their professional development and growth within the Assemble business, with a people-oriented person strongly recommended for the role.
