Trained in Hotel and Tourism management and with a great passion for all things food and beverage, Ulrich has two decades in the hospitality sector running various outlets from cafés, bars and restaurants. If he’s not getting his hands dirty at the community garden or out for a big walk with his dog you might run into him at markets on the weekend. With German-Swedish heritage, he arrived in Australia over 12 years ago and now calls Melbourne his home.
