From July 1 2020, Victoria’s rental laws will be changing. The State Government will be implementing more than 130 rental reforms. One of the changes will be an updated bond-cap of one month’s rent for tenancy agreements. In times like these, we’re committed to supporting our residents wherever we can. So, we’re getting ahead of these incoming changes and applying them now to 15 Thompson St.
Along with the one-month bond, we will be asking future residences a series of qualitative questions. Flexibility is our key point of difference as residents begin their experience with us.
