The Assemble team is growing and we’re on the look-out for three excellent candidates to fulfil the available positions of Relationships Manager, Relationships Coordinator, and Office Manager and Administrator.

Relationships Manager

For our next Relationships Manager, we’re looking for a personable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic sales professional for our Relationships Team, to drive engagement with potential residents on our pathway to home ownership – from initial enquiries through to contract signing on all Assemble Futures projects.

Reporting to Head of Relationships and working closely with the Marketing Manager and Relationships Coordinator, the Relationships Manager will be responsible for managing enquiries, leading information sessions and be involved in contract signing for all new Assemble residents.

Relationships Coordinator

To support our Relationships team and their sales objectives, Assemble’s next Relationship Coordinator will play a crucial administrative and organisational role focussed on providing an excellent experience to our residents, and ultimately supporting them into their new homes.

Reporting to Head of Relationships and working closely with the Marketing Manager and Relationships Manager, the role of the Relationships Coordinator will be critical to the teams’ success and is responsible for the bulk of the administration, including CRM management, contract follow-up and qualification of leads, and assisting with enquiry management and event organisation.

Office Manager and Administrator 

Our next Officer Manager will be responsible for managing a positive and professional experience in the office, both for staff and visitors, by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, undertaking administrative tasks, and maintaining and enhancing Assemble’s culture.

This role will report to our COO, will collaborate with the People & Culture role (to be recruited) and the Digital & Experience Manager, and will be supported by the outsourced IT provider and a network of suppliers and consultants.
