We’re on the hunt for a Neighbourhood Operations Manager.
An exceptional results-driven leader, our ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational delivery for a portfolio of key properties and ensuring exceptional resident services are delivered and maintained by their team.
As the key leader of our property and retail/hospitality space, the Neighbourhood Operations Manager is a primary contact for all Assemble residents and its broader community.
Working closely with the Senior Operations Team, the Neighbourhood Operations Manager will also contribute to department and business strategy.
As a technical leader, the Neighbourhood Operations Manager will be responsible for delivering on all operational, commercial, and financial initiatives to produce outcomes in line with the Annual Business Plan.
A natural mentor, they will also be responsible for driving and maintaining the staff culture, providing a positive influence across both organisational and resident neighbourhood culture. This includes ensuring employee wellbeing and safety is always maintained.
Candidates must have the following qualifications and experience:
4+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-quality service environment.
4+ years’ experience in a leadership role in BTR, PBSA, hospitality or service environment.
4+ years’ experience in managing a dynamic, multi-disciplined team.
2+ years’ experience in managing teams across multiple venues, preferably in a property setting.
Real estate licence and/or Victorian Agents Representative qualification.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor a medium-sized team.
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in managing day-to-day operations in a property environment.
